

Terms & Conditions – The W Gourmet

By subscribing to The W Gourmet meal delivery service, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Weekly Subscription & Billing
By registering, the customer authorizes automatic weekly billing to their credit card based on the number of meals selected. Billing occurs after the weekly cutoff:
- For Monday deliveries – by Friday at 12:00 PM
- For Thursday deliveries – by Tuesday at 11:59 PM
Meal Selection
The customer is responsible for selecting their meals by the cutoff time. If no meals are selected, a flat fee of $50 will be charged and added as store credit to the customer account for future use.
Discounts & Pricing
Discounts are calculated based on the number of meals selected:
- 6 meals – 5% discount + $10 shipping
- 10 meals – 10% discount + $10 shipping
- 14 or more meals – 15% discount + free shipping Meal prices range from $15 to $18 before any discount.
Shipping
- Orders under 14 meals: $10 flat-rate shipping
- Orders of 14 meals or more: Free shipping
Credit
If meals are not selected in time, a $50 charge will be applied and stored as credit for future use. This credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pause & Cancellation
The subscription can be paused or canceled at any time through the user account. To avoid the weekly charge, changes must be made before the cutoff.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued. Charges for weeks with no meal selections will be retained as credit for future use.
Account Management
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details up to date, including address, payment method, phone number, and email. It is also the customer’s responsibility to monitor messages and emails from the system.
Promo Codes
Promo codes may be entered at checkout and are subject to individual promo terms. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Customer Support
A “Need Help?” button will appear in the customer dashboard, linking to:
- WhatsApp support
- Contact form
- FAQ page
Meal Availability
All meals are subject to availability. If a selected meal becomes unavailable, a replacement will be provided or credit will be issued for that item.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
The W Gourmet is not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are required to check the ingredients and nutritional information before ordering. Those with allergies are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The W Gourmet is not responsible for delays, spoilage, or loss caused by incorrect address or lack of availability to receive the order.
Policy & Price Changes
The W Gourmet reserves the right to update pricing, promotions, or terms at any time. All updates will be reflected on the website and emailed to active customers.
Use of Credit
Credit resulting from charges without an order is not refundable or transferable. It is valid for future use through the customer account only.
Website Use
By using The W Gourmet website, users agree not to copy, download, or misuse any content, trademarks, or images without permission. All site content is protected by copyright.
One-Time Orders
One-time orders are processed separately and follow the same delivery schedule and cutoff deadlines as subscription orders. Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries or incorrect information provided by the customer.
User Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel orders or block accounts for any abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or repeated violations of policy.
Privacy Policy
All customer information is handled securely and in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The W Gourmet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to missed deliveries, product issues, or account access problems.
